LDAP authentication failed , using Ryan D Lyne extension

The environment is windows 7 and trying to integrate it with the LDAP using Ryan D Lyne extension. Tried by best but I'm getting the following error:

PHP Warning: ldap_start_tls(): Unable to start TLS: Server is unavailable in C:\wamp\www\dcwiki\extensions\LdapAuthentication\LdapAuthentication.php on line 621

I can share the whole error stack if you need, your immediate response will be highly appreciated.
