How are translators meant to access the translation interface? The usual "Translate this page" link doesn't appear at the top of Manual:FAQ, because the <languages /> tag is transcluded via Template:FAQ header (IIUC).
I ask because there's a Persian translation below at Topic:Sen2m0r31f9z7xc2, and the author is asking how to integrate it at Topic:Snarz8sx3se1u7fr (on the Current Issues noticeboard).
I think they need to manually integrate it, by just creating a page at Manual:FAQ/fa (and also starting a Persian translation of Template:FAQ header), but I'm not sure. Please confirm or correct. :-)
