Hi,

despite the state of this ticket, the tool still loses formulas that are not inlined as soon as the page is closed. This can, for example, be observed when translating the page on rotational diffusion from English Wikipedia to German.

For translation, I use a 64-bit version of Firefox on Linux.

Likely unrelated to that: If you try to get more information using Firebug, the tool stops working: It does not show any translation in progress and switching between translations in progress and published translations yield TypeError: translation.$element is undefined. This stops as soon as you disable Firebug and reload the page.

I have reported this on phabricator now: https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T110275 . About the firebug problem, I am not sure but can check again. Thanks for letting us know about this bug.

Hmm, I cannot reproduce it, although I'm trying in a language that is not German.

Here is the screenshot illustrating the bug. Meanwhile, another bug seems to have occurred that causes inline formulas to be misscaled. The problem with the misplaced section title is likely the same as this.

I was not able to reproduce the Firebug-related problem anymore.
