Interlanguage link if no internal link. As an option.

I would like to have an option, that when enabled, all internal links from a source wiki article that have no their counterparts in the target wikipedia were nevertheless linked with help of a template like this one https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Interlanguage_link OR if it is too difficult just linked with the same source language wikipedia links.

I mean for now CT just delete all such internal links and I would like to leave them as Interlanguage links . And then I'll add the templates manually after publishing.

So if in the source (i.e. English) wiki article we have, say, "[[Link]]", then in the target (i.e. Russian) wiki article in case of absence of such an article it would be "[[en:Link|Ссылка]]"

Thanks for the feedback. There is a list of changes for links already considered that includes providing an option to keep red links in the translation, but keeping it as a cross-language link sounds also another interesting option to provide the user with. So I created a ticket to track it. I'm not sure to which extent that could be the default option (in terms of availability of the template and user expectations to find content in other languages) but I can see it as something useful.
