Fixing the protection of Manual:Database_layout

Hi Shirayuki,

can you please remove the protection setting of Manual:Database_layout to something I can edit again? I try to regularly update pages like this one (also Upgrading, the Support Desk and others), but with the current protection I can no longer edit Manual:Database_layout. Apart from that there only were two(!) spam posts in three months, which I guess we have to live with. Also one of these posts vandalised one of my very own changes and anyway: I can life with that.

Two posts - that's ridiculous. I update pages here since years, I never used an account and I won't create one for this small stuff. But I will gladly ask you to do the according changes:

Please update the informationon the hitcounter table. As you can see in maintenance/tables.sql, it has been remove from the 1.25 version of MW and information on that page still is incorrect. So...
