Hi Offline extension developers. I work with wikem.org an medical wiki and we have been working on a similar offline xml extension. Although we may have replicated some efforts we are in the process of applying for a grant for formalizing the xml offline sync "dump" and having the Wikimedia foundation behind the effort. An enterprise mediawiki group at nasa is also interested in this development and I would be happy to talk with you further if you are interested in contributing your feedback to this project and the grant.
