The hovercard for the german Wikipedia article of "D. J. Caruso" (https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/D._J._Caruso) only says "D. J."

The current settings hovercards is using for Extension:TextExtracts (which this extension depends on) are for it to only use the first 2 sentences.
In D. J. Caruso, because there are spaces after the initials (per our styleguides, en:WP:INITS etc), the "J" is interpreted as the second full sentence.
A similar problem can be seen at the link to "J.P. Morgan & Co." in en:J. P. Morgan (disambiguation).
