@User:Vibhabamba, where can i find this roll-out plan? I couldn't find anything like that, and there are a lot of pages everywhere. On Beta_Features/Hovercards, "Status: See updates" is a redlink. And: "End: September 26, 2014" - what does that mean?
I just wanted to say that I love this too!
The main benefit is that it removes the need for overly detailed "See Also" sections. It can just list the articles without having to offer lengthy descriptions.
It is an interesting and useful feature... Since I use FireFox, I readded the "Cool Previews" addon in my browser. Now; I not only get the the hovercard, but can see the full page that is being linked to without leaving the page I am working on ... Thanks!
