The first release of the ContentTranslation tool can be accessed at: http://es.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Especial:ContentTranslation . In this release, the focus is on facilitating article creation between Spanish and Catalan. Users in other languages can also use the tool with some tweaks.
