I have a mediawiki installed on a local machine with xampp, on the local machine wiki works fine, but on the others local network computers I can access pages but loads without formatting and no skin, I try on IE 10 and firefox. Some ideia?

MediaWiki 1.21.1 PHP 5.4.7 (apache2handler) MySQL 5.5.27 Xampp control panel v3.1.0 3.1.0

In the apache error.log shows

Looks like Apache is trying to handle everything instead of handing off to MW. Set $wgUsePathInfo to false and have a look at Short URLs.

I add $wgUsePathInfo = false; to my localsettings.php file but still the error

I try mediawiki with wamp but get same error

Sorry, You probably also need to remove or set $wgArticlePath.

On my localsettings.php don't have $wgArticlePath. I have to creat this?

Do you see the error when you visit URL/index.php?title=CaixaWiki:Eventos_atuais ??
