function similar to "REVISIONMONTH"

I'm looking for a function similar to "REVISIONMONTH" that will give me the month a file was uploaded. Dose anyone know if this exists. I could settle for "REVISIONMONTH" if I could get it to show the month in words not numbers (ie, January,…))

If you install extension:ParserFunctions you can do {{#time:F|{{REVISIONTIMESTAMP}}}} which is like REVISIONMONTH but using month name. I'm not aware of any extensions that give you a magic word with upload date, but theoretically it wouldn't be that difficult to write one if you knew php.
