Toolserver-Use

• I run the Bot Lottobot on the Toolserver which updates the Lotto page in german wikinews.
• German wikinews users can check if they are eligible to vote in a poll through a small PHP-skript i provide. The skript is linked from wikinews through a template which also adds the needed parameters.
