Thanks for reply. In fact I rechecked .instead of apostrophe when I used a similar shape character listed below tilde in keyboard(i do not know name of this character) I got correct results in vista system with Firefox browser and problem got solved by itself. unfortunately this character is not available on apple IPad . So it becomes a device problem for this character .any way thanks again for suggesting place for bug.

I recalled name of character now used to produce correct results , it is back tick. Unfortunately back tick is not available on my iPad key board so this becomes limitation.

I cannot reproduce, it works for me. Ah, yes, you need that weird `, I see Indians using it a lot so I suppose it's common in keywords sold there (for me it's alt-gr + ' on an Italian keyboard, for instance). Maybe we could add ' as alias?

subsequently i found character back tick '`' on apple iPad keyboard also by long pressing character ' single apostrophy and choosing from 3 displayed options character ` back tick . and rendering of character ਜ਼ is now not a problem as such.
