By stemming, do you mean only English stemming or is there support for other languages? What other languages does CirrusSearch support or plan to support in the future with regards to word stemming?
There is support for dozens languages and all languages are wanted. There is a list at but I'm not sure how to add another one.
A start could be to file a bug for your language and say how it should be configured.:-)
