Merger into Outdated

Seems the text of Template:Outdated could apply to any page that would use this. Suggest this be turned into a redirect to that template to reduce duplication. --Varnent 06:15, 20 December 2011 (UTC)

I'd like to oppose the merge. Contrary to {{Outdated }}, this template only says that it may need an update. Also it is not presented as a warning, rather as a notice. A page that may not appear outdated on first sight, but has had no edits in over 3 years, such a page might do with an update, but may not be outdated per se. documentation missing for additional parameter 'reason='

Since https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Topic:Ve9p62yjzktskkpc this template accepts parameter 'reason=' but this feature is not present in the documentation. Can someone correct please. Thanks.
