question on syntax
[edit]can anyone explain to me why the {{subst:^|{{...}} }} is in this page? Wouldn't the inner part suffice?

- sorry should be
{{subst:^|<!--comment-->}}{{…}}but the question holds, wouldn't the{{…}}be enough? and why is the funny subst: with the ^ there? Garonenur (talk) 09:07, 7 December 2017 (UTC)
