Purpose

Add this notice to an extension or skin page after filing an archival task on Phabricator, if you are not performing any archival work yourself at time of filing.

Currently, when an archival task is filed for a component on Phabricator, it's not obvious from this wiki until the actual archival (of the component's documentation page(s) here) happens. This notice is intended to correct that, to notify any potential stakeholder who views the page and who may like to comment on the task with further information or to request the archival be stalled or canceled (e.g. if they volunteer to take over maintenance).
