21 Updates[edit]

Process Updates: We have simplified the Decision Statement Overview form and will be updating the Phabricator template to match it next. We have moved the RACI out of the initial form to an output of the larger feedback from the Technical Decision Forum Representatives so that stakeholders feedback directly informs the RACI for the project. We have updated the Feedback Form to reflect this shift.

Reminders[edit]

Office hours: We have shifted to a bi-weekly by appointment model. The appointments are available on the WMF Staff Calendar every other Tuesday for 30 minutes each.
Decision Reviews: We are scheduling these as needed for those who have a decision they are moving through the process.
