Handling open tasks[edit]
Open tasks should be handled on a case-by-case basis. Sometimes it may make sense to close them as obsolete, other times it may make sense to roll them over by just adding the new quarter's tag.
Rolling over tasks[edit]
For tasks that are rolled over, do not remove the previous quarter’s tag; instead, just add the new quarter’s tag.
Closing the previous quarter[edit]
We aim to resolve quarterly tasks and archive quarterly projects on the first day of the next quarter (e.g., Q1 tasks should be resolved on the first day of Q2).
