This was initially a page for the Write The Docs Portland Writing day in 2018.

In revision 3135732 this page was renamed and its scope was broadened.

The list items are both some "neverending" work areas (legit) and specific tasks. Some list items link to pages; some list items link to Phab tasks. This page can only be a useful resource if someone continuously monitors all listed link items and then updates list items on this page when needed. When a task got fixed, someone would need to remove the task from this page. This page lists tasks which are already closed. IMHO duplication of non-static lists between Phab and wiki pages never works.

Hence this page should either have all specific tasks removed which can be declared resolved at some point and become a subpage under "Documentation", or this task page should simply not exist.

Heads-up to previous page editors @SRodlund (WMF), @Quiddity (WMF), @BDavis (WMF), @Pavithraes in case anyone has opinions (feel very free to ignore this ping, as you cannot "care about everything" :) ).

For the records, this page is linked twice from Wikimedia technical documentation: Friends of the Docs.

+1 for cleanup and maintenance and de-duplication.

Side-request: If anyone is inspired to do so, it'd be great to have a phab task (or tasks) related to improving the mess that I/we tried to explain via the linkdump at Accessibility and usability cleanup.
