Talk:Team Practices Group/Scrum Standup

Page name ("Scrum")[edit]

I think the TPG should be methodology-agnostic whenever possible. In this case, I would prefer to call this page "Daily Standup" rather than "Scrum Standup". The meeting is the same either way, but Daily Standup is inclusive for teams doing Kanban, or Extreme Programming, or some unnamed custom process that uses daily meetings. --KSmith (WMF) (talk) 15:21, 18 June 2015 (UTC)Reply

Dead Kittens?[edit]

I've not heard this term, but it appears twice on this page. If we use it here, we need to explain it. Ideally, we wouldn't use it (since it is both disturbing and not universal). --KSmith (WMF) (talk) 15:25, 18 June 2015 (UTC)Reply

Who should attend?[edit]

I assume this should be the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and all individual contributors on the "team" (for some definition of "team"). Should it include QA? UX? Ops? Managers? Tech writers? --KSmith (WMF) (talk) 15:27, 18 June 2015 (UTC)Reply
