Given that https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/tag/outreachy-round-11/ points to this page, there should probably be something on it.
As an aside: using a Phab hashtag with a description that doesn't point to an obvious place for questions/feedback/discussion is problematic. It would be better if Phabricator supported comment threads on project description pages, but I believe there's a dead feature request for that already. -- RobLa-WMF (talk) 17:39, 23 September 2015 (UTC)
