  • Upload wizard: is this versioned? - it is versioned the same way everything else is, via RELX_XX branches that are forked off master at the same time for core and for extensions. In the past, that did not always work, due to bug 64157, but should be working now.
  • MediaViewer: How can external users use this? - I don't think anything special is involved, but if you have more specific questions, I would be happy to help.
