I've noticed the font size of my wiki smaller after upgrading to 1.33 (from 1.32) but see no mention of changes to vector skin (which I'm using) in the release notes. Have I done something wrong or is there another area to view release notes to skins? ~~~~

For me the font size is 14px in both versions. Perhaps you adapted locally and we got an new class or so which broke things for you.

Could somebody point out the highlights of this branch? This will be utterly cool. It is not so easy to grasp then reading through the release notes.

MW 1.33 cannot claim full compatibility with PHP 7.3

My host now offers PHP 7.3 for my server, but before I make the jump, it would be worth clarifying if MediaWiki 1.33 is the first version to support PHP 7.3 – according to this page, MediaWiki 1.32 and earlier versions (at the very least) were not ready for PHP 7.3.

Ok, 1.33 rc.0 is now in testing. But, this site is still empty, the Release notes/1.33: empty. That's not good. --~~~~
