Maybe look at any bug marked as blocking 1.19wmf deployement and opened during February?

We haven't had time to turn this into a report yet because we've been concentrating on the Git switch and the initial 1.20 deployment, and now many of the lessons are stale because we've switched to a new deployment model. So these "lessons learned" notes are available, but there will be no full report. I'm sorry.
