I think you need to go to openstreetmap.org and edit the map to add name tags in other languages. However, please beware that OSM has its own communities, forums and consensus.

In particular, osmwiki:names#Localization/osmwiki:Multilingual_names#Issues may be of interest. As Tifinagh is a script, as you say, it would be used in conjunction with the language being inscribed: for example, tda-Tfng for Gadal language (Q36570), as in name:tda-Tfng=*.
