@TBurmeister (WMF) Hi! Re: the delete-tag - I've removed that because: We almost never delete previously valid content, because that leads to link rot, and it removes prior contributions from the public record.

The 4 usual alternatives are: Redirect (to the new/better destination); Convert (into a disambiguation page); Tag (e.g. with {{Outdated}}); or Move (e.g. to an 'Archive:…" namespace, on wikis where that exists)

Redirecting (or converting to disambig) is probably the best solution in this case (and usually!), to point towards whichever target the previous readers coming here would find most useful. I'm not sure if Documentation/Technical style guides and templates or Documentation/Contributewould be best.

Hope that helps.

The content in this page will be, or already is, covered in much more detail in all the subpages of mw:Documentation. Should I just redirect it to its parent page? Or replace the page content with links to each of the relevant subsections of mw:Documentation? (outlined in https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T277128#8335984). Thanks!

Yeah, redirecting to the parent page sounds good, if the updated content is now in various subpages. (And oooo! that page looks much clearer now! Thanks!)
