Hi @Gbahdeyboh! Here are a few pieces of feedback and a few questions:

  • When you mentioned the "scrapy documentation", include a citation link.
  • What do you mean by "For this template, a title is not needed."?

The citation has been added.

For other templates, I specified that a title should be sufficient to give some context regarding what the document is about following the English Wikipedia Manual of Style.

A library name can be a word or phrase that has no relation to what the library does, hence, it won't meet the naming criteria for titles stated above.

This is why I specified that the name be written in bold at the top, In context, that is also the title. Will changing that to "The title should be the name of the Library" make it look less confusing?
