Just jotting down some questions that came to me last evening.
- What's the scope of this review process? That is, which projects are and are not included?
- Who's involved in the review process?
- How are these individuals appointed/selected?
- What power does a negative review have?
- Is there an appeals process?
- How does this process interact with a standard Requests for comment?
