• Form a task force for developing our strategy(ies) for rapid prototyping/experimenting [JK and Moiz]
  • JK and Moiz met, decided they need an engineer on their task force :-)

What's been working well?

• Having Yuri (+1+1, escalating issue and getting prompt resolution)

• Help from Nirzar on style syncing (OOjs UI vs MediaWiki UI)
• Oh, I got my bag ;) 6 months!
• Not working on OOJS ui

What hasn't worked well

• Scheduling both sprint kickoffs at the same time... :(
• Moiz's phabricator notification settings :-) [1]
• Not having someone backend to argue with yuri
• Phabricator (upstream is filled with bugs, and limited resources) +

  • In the past six months, it has become clear that readership decline is an issue
  • google search refereral -> wikipedia paradigm OK for desktop, doesn't work so well for mobile
  • A lot of this discussion is in flight, nothing is imminent
