What's been working well?

Joaquin's onboarding lots of +2ing Florian fixing bugs over the weekend :) jscs Team is super helpful and awesome + PRODUCTIVE YEHHH Setup went very well (with max) More documentation JS code quality tools is getting to a great state (jscs, grunt, jenkins hahaha etc) 41 points!!!!!!!!!!

What hasn't worked well?

Jerkins +++++

• • (the fact Krinkle and Antoine are a bottle (h|n)eck there)
  • main issue is that thre are only 2 people to help, lack of support; Do they know? Can they explain to others? New hire?
  • Platform and Release...
  • Action!: email to Timo and Antoine to figure out how we can fix in the future; clarify process for what to do in this situation; how we can avoid this [Jon]
  • merging without jerkins? Shouldn't be a blocker

I didn't like that we pulled in stories from the backlog which hadn't been discussed much Too many meetings+++ Lots of hygeine commits that aren't tracked in Trello -1 Don't look for things to review in trello - work that people are doing isn't tracked Untracked work isn't retro added into velocity +

• • makes it hard to have clear picture of velocity

Reaching consensus on prototyping methods+++ once patch is merged trello card should be moved to the done column Not scheduling enough work to do+++++++
