Reading/Web/Accessibility for reading dark mode error

Issue Description The bar at the top of the page with the "Overview", "Repository", and "FAQ" links is in light mode. It appears to have the css class `.a4r`. This should be updated to support dark mode.

General disclaimer dark mode error

Issue Description

The banner below "MEDIAWIKI.org MAKES NO GUARANTEE OF VALIDITY" that begins with "MediaWiki.org at https://www.mediawiki.org/ is the online home of and the first access point for information about the software MediaWiki." uses inline styles, resulting in it displaying in light mode but links are illegible because they use the same link color as the rest of the page.

The "rectangle icon" that is displayed as part of image captions is a visual mess in dark mode when referenced in the text. It should look the same as when displayed as part of captions.
