TopicTags is a project that creates some MW functionality, based on smart, cross-referenced text fragments. Some folks in the MW Stakeholders group said it's very cool, and encouraged me to find developers here. I worked on it for about a year, but i don't have the MW skills or bandwidth to continue development. This could be a new extension, or it might be possible to implement using native features.
