مشروع:رافعو الملفات
Administrators and uploaders are able to upload files on MediaWiki.org (this site), while regular users cannot. This was done to reduce the increasing amount of junk and copyright violations present in MediaWiki files (and reduce the existing ones), while allowing users who have a legitimate need to continue uploading files here.
Most free files can easily be uploaded to Wikimedia Commons. MediaWiki.org is not the place to upload non-free media.
Users requiring the ability to upload locally on MediaWiki.org should post a request at Project:Requests.

يتمتع رافعو الملفات بالحقوق التالية، التي يتمتع بها أيضًا مشغلو النظام:
- رفع الملفات
(upload) - الكتابة على ملف موجود
(reupload) - الكتابة على ملف موجود تم رفعه بواسطة نفس المستخدم
(reupload-own) - الرفع على الملفات في مستودع الملفات المشترك محليا
(reupload-shared)
