Hello, I'm an outreachy intern working on the project Documentation improvements to the ~20 top 100 most viewed MediaWiki Action API pages on-wiki. I need the user rights to enable me to test and properly document protected pages.

- Agreed. Test wiki seems to be the best fit for testing. You could also use the beta cluster for testing if you want. Masumrezarock100 (talk) 14:07, 17 January 2020 (UTC)
