This user has been tagging vandalism pages for deletion recently, as you can see in the deleted contributions, and also reverting vandalism, mostly about translations, which is a lot of the vandalism we're suffering lately. He's translationadmin already here and in other projects, and also has the patroller in other projects, which means he's trusted.
