Requested user-rights: Editor.

I'd like to have Editor rights. Not that it's a big deal (I can live without the "instant gratification" thing; I'm sure someone will sight the pages sooner or later), but a few moments ago I was going to add a link to a page I just edited here to a bug in Bugzilla, and noticed that my edit was only visible in draft form yet (which, I believe, isn't shown to non-logged-in users).
