Hello

I'm a translation admin on Mediawikiwiki with my staff account user:Trizek (WMF), but not with my volunteer one. I thought I was, and, during today's Wikimédia France mini-hackathon, I realized that I miss those rights. Since we have started to work on technical documentation, I think it would be useful for me to be a translate admin on mediawiki.org with my volunteer account. fortunately, DannyS712 was around today to spontaneously mark the page for translation, but it may not happen during the next sessions.

Getting translate admin rights here would help me to avoid switching accounts and confuse people on which account does what. I have the translate admin rights for both my accounts on Meta, and it is really helpful. And the more the merrier: I sometimes visit Mediawiki with my volunteer account, and would be happy to fix translations if I can.
