Requested user-rights: Administrator.

As a global sysop (Apr-Oct 2011) and a steward (Oct 2011-now) I already have access to the administrator rights here, but I noticed I became active more and more. I also make heavily use of the CheckUser rights to catch spammers and I created an abuse filter to prevent certain actions of spammers. Therefore I think I've shown a need for these rights and to also "legally" do actions I probably shouldn't do as a steward (see also Project:Administrators).
