Apply for IP block exemption.The reason is that the Chinese version of Wikipedia has blocked IP and you cannot even create an account.The reason for the block was "blocked proxy", but I didn't intend to use it, because the administrator (not the Wikipedia administrator) set it to use that IP by default.So I have no workaround.I hope you will consider it.--Kanninbukuro (talk) 08:21, 10 October 2021 (UTC)

I'm not sure I understand your request. You already have an account; why would you need the IP block exemption? Are you unable to edit at the Chinese Wikipedia? If so, requesting an IP block exemption here is not going to help you; you'll have to ask at either the Chinese Wikipedia, or on Steward requests, on meta.wikimedia.org. —Mainframe98 _talk 10:28, 10 October 2021 (UTC)
