Requested user-rights: Editor.

I have accounts on Meta, de-WP, de-WB, translatewiki, and so on, see sulutil:Geitost and am translating pages into German which noone reviews on this wiki. It would be great, if they could be reviewed automatically. I’m editor at German WP since 2008, so I’m experienced with these sighted versions, having reviewed thousands of them on de-WP already (and tens of thousands automatically).
