Requested user-rights: Coder and Editor.

I am a MediaWiki developer.

I have a toolserver account (proof) and translatewiki account.

I have rolled back many instances of vandalism here and assisted users extensively and translate en,ja to ko.

I have accounts on Meta and I have over 2200 contribs in all project.

Seeing as you don't actually have commit access to the mediawiki svn (correct me if I'm wrong), I'm hesitant to grant coder since it's main use is to facilitate doing code reviews on Special:Code, which requires thorough knowledge of how mediawiki actually works. In addition, you don't have many contributions on mediawiki.org that would allow me to see whether giving you editor is acceptable, since the group here is also mainly technical-based as the only way to sight/approve articles is to have a thorough understanding on the topic of the article. From what I've seen from this request, however, I'm hesitant to grant that as well. --Skizzerz 21:43, 21 April 2010 (UTC)
