• Production now has PHP7 as a Beta Feature. Tested and all looks fine.
• Some community gadgets that relied on CSS classes broke with the train; they're on it.
• Will work on the CC0 stuff when it's ready; have one patch already written in advance. ;-)

• my annoying cold seems to be about to clear up in time for All-Hands - hooray!

   Some captions I added last week are not appearing on the pages I added them on. They're ok if I purge the page. Works fine for new captions. Could caches have gotten overwritten someplace?
   Given how we hack around with ParserCache objects, yes, things can get messy.
   Plan for posting list of planned changes tomorrow
