To fit convention, there should only be 5 icons on the toolbar; some may show popup menus.

Where to put the other items?

  • Forward -- could do a long press on back. :P
  • About -- could put under settings
  • Select text -- not needed

Could also merge nearby/saved pages/history into search display with tabs...
