Bug with Live Preview

It is not fully compatible with Live Preview turn on, the default collapse in the preview content will not be, some bugs are in the code. The latest version of enwiki looks has fixed this problem, on en:MediaWiki:Common.js's `makeCollapsibleMwCollapsible`.

The `collapseTable` will fail, the `tableIndex` should be reset at the end of `createCollapseButtons`. Also, it seems that Button and Table elements cannot be found when the event is triggered in Live Preview.--YFdyh000 (talk) 20:35, 4 March 2021 (UTC)
