Is this a "Repo" or "Client" setting?

I am puzzled if this is a $wgWBRepoSettings or a $wgWBClientSettings In the manual page, the configuration string is

$wgWBRepoSettings['propertyOrderUrl']

but the actual configuration of WikiData, for instance, here https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/operations/mediawiki-config/+/326133/2/wmf-config/Wikibase-production.php is

$wgWBClientSettings['propertyOrderUrl'] = 'https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=MediaWiki:Wikibase-SortedProperties&action=raw&sp_ver=1';

Can someone please clarify this? --~~~~

The manual has been updated to reflect that it is in fact a client setting.
