Limiting ability to edit user namespace
[edit]The content translation tool offers the option to publish in userspace, so improvements can be made to formating before the article is moved live. This unfortunately will inhibit that. What we need is a tag that someone can add to let others edit a specific page and than as part of our translation efforts we could have these drafts published with that tag. Possible?
