move APIs section to page Extension:CheckUser renamed API

Because we use {{Api help|...}} it expects anchor #API is defined on page https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Special:MyLanguage/Extension:CheckUser#API which does not exist. As you see here, the link generated by the API is useless. -- Christian 🇫🇷 FR 🚨 (talk) 18:23, 19 October 2025 (UTC)

Installing extensions to view Global contributions of a user ?

I got here by clicking the help icon on the page [1] (which directs to https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Extension:CheckUser#Special:GlobalContributions_usage) when trying to figure out, why none of Dbachmann's many global contributions are displayed.

Do I really need to install the two extensions mentioned for this? Everyone else's contributions seem to be displayed without any issues when clicking on the link on the left hand side of a Wikipedia user page such as https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Benutzer:Dbachmann.
