I.E.6 Alpha transparency support

In Internet Explorer v6 the PNG alpha blending isn't supported. This image comes out dark grey which looks dreadful.

I have to use IE6 at work. Lucky me. But I'm not the only one. Sadly it's still the most widely used browser. So we should probably swap this for a blend into a white background (no transparency)

Likewise for Image:PD-icon-faded.png
