About this board

The media file has the same link as the page

The installation seems pretty easy (only the require_once), but something is really wrong here.

I used the sm2-Tag but playbutton doesn't have the link of the media. It is always linked to the same page it is on.

What am I missing?

The generated HTML is supposed to look like this: <a href="https://example.com/foo.mp3" title="Play" class="sm2_button">Play</a>. Is that how it looks?

I have the same problem. Generated HTML is not inserted into the page.

Is it a public wiki? If so, could you link me the page?

"soundManager is not defined" JS error

Hello,

I'm getting a "soundManager is not defined" JS error (on the line with the "soundManager.setup" call) when the page loads. When I click the relevant buttons on the page it loads the sound directly in the browser, instead of playing it on the page.

Is there some configuration setting that has been missed or any other way to fix this?

NilsTycho (talkcontribs)

Sorry, there was a bug in that version. (An unterminated comment in an upstream script.) I've fixed it.

Marking files linked through sm2 as used

Is there any way of marking files used through the sm2 tags as used? And if not is that something that could be added to the extension?

NilsTycho (talkcontribs)

That would be a great feature, but I don't know how to implement it.

I haven't worked with mediawiki extensions, but from what I can see, you'd have to write to the imagelinks table.
